Laura Fenwick

Managing Associate
Laura Fenwick is a Managing Associate and Trainee Chartered Legal Executive working within the Family Law and Private Client Department. A member of CILEX and currently enrolled on the CPQ Advanced Programme, Laura brings a compassionate and client-focused approach to her practice.
After graduating with First Class Honours in English Literature from Northumbria University in 2016, Laura joined Holmes Family Law in 2017 as a paralegal. Since beginning her studies with the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in 2018, she has built a strong foundation in private family law and is expected to formally qualify as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2025.
Laura’s experience spans a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, separation, financial arrangements, and disputes following the breakdown of cohabiting relationships. She regularly handles cases involving child arrangements, Prohibited Steps Orders, Specific Issue Orders, and protective injunctions such as Non-Molestation and Occupation Orders. Laura also has gained a wealth of experience in all aspects of Private Client, including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Probate and Deputyship applications to the Court of Protection.
Well-respected for her thoroughness and attention to detail, Laura is known for her empathy and genuine care for her clients. She prides herself on delivering exceptional client service and supporting individuals through some of the most challenging times in their lives.
