Rebecca Savage

Head of Private Client
Rebecca Savage is an Associate Solicitor and Head of the Private Client Department. She specialises in advising clients on all aspects of Private Client practice, including Wills, Care Home fee planning, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Deputyship applications to the Court of Protection. Rebecca has developed expertise in relation to Probate and the administration of estates, including those with more complex assets, such as businesses, foreign property and trusts. Rebecca also advises on contentious Probate matters, such as contesting the terms of a Will and inheritance disputes.
Rebecca commenced her career in the field of Family Law, specialising in divorce and financial matters arising from separation. She continues to have an interest in cohabitation disputes involving unmarried couples and regularly represents clients in the County Court.
Adopting a pragmatic and empathetic approach, Rebecca assists clients to plan for the future with security. Her commitment to client care is her utmost priority. She understands that estate planning and dealing with assets following the death of a loved-one can be confronting and emotional and she strives to ensure her clients are supported and reassured throughout the legal process.
